Lovely Room + Lounge

Hi there, I live in Pemberton Heights, North Vancouver, on the bus route. I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. My youngest child just moved out so now I have a spare room. The 3rd bedroom is my office during the day but, after 4pm, is a lounge with a tv and pull out couch. The home is comfortable and clean and I have a dog and a cat, both of whom are very friendly. Prefer someone out-going, tidy and respectful. (I am all 3). Parking, laundry and lots of out-door toys (snowshoes, bikes etc) are all included. (women only please) Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bright, beautiful room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Minimal rules. 1. Keep shared spaces clean and tidy 2. Keep reasonable hours (quiet between 11pm and 8am on weekdays) 3. Occasional overnight guests are fine, just not often 4. Must love dogs/cats 5.
