Hello! My husband and I, along with our 23-year-old son, are a professional family with a comfortable home in North Vancouver. We currently have one room available in our home while our other children are away at university. We are a friendly, welcoming household and would be happy to share our home with someone who is respectful, responsible, and looking for a comfortable place to stay. We are multilingual and enjoy connecting with people from around the world. Our house is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, near parks, shopping and local mountains. Single occupancy only. Single Room (Bright and cozy bedroom ) with Shared bathroom The room is west-facing and has a large window, so there's lots of natural light. The bathroom is down the hall and is mostly for guest-use. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 960.00 Monthly House Rules: Please respect quiet time from 10pm-7am. The kitchen and laundry room are available for use between 7am-9pm. The bathroom is mostly for guest's use. Please use shower between 7am-10pm only. Please keep bedroom, kitchen and bathroom clean. No additional guests. No parties, smoking or drugs.
