Bright big house, North Vancouver

We live in a large house on the beautiful North Shore. My house is close to all amenities; bus route, shopping, skiing, hiking, beaches, golf and downtown all within 15 minutes. I have a large property big enough to play some sports. I also have a large dog and two cats. I have hosted international student for many years. I have hosted internationals from, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Japan, Canada, China, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and Thailand. My home is 10 minutes to a ski mountain, and a shopping mall. 30 minutes, by bus, to downtown. And about 20 minutes, by bus, to the beach. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk. Room(s): 1. Single Room (One bright bedroom with a desk and closet. And a large window.) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: I ask that Homestay resident be respectful of the property and my pets and let me know when they will be home. Resident MUST advise me by 4pm if they will not be home for dinner. 3 meals a day are included.
