No visitors unless you ask the host first if you can have a friend over to study or go out just ask -not a problem. no smoking in the house Please cllean up after yourself around the house Quiet usually after 1100pm and before 6 am no overnight guests (please speak to me about this) as we can arrange for some situations ie family coming over. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 16% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.” Once the booking is confirmed, we will reach out to the guests to arrange the initial payment. A transfer of 25% should be made after the booking confirmation. I prefer to use e-transfer for payment, as it provides your bank with a receipt and proof of payment right away. The rest of the payment is due after the first week, allowing both parties to ensure it's a good fit. Therefore, 7 days after arrival, the remaining 75% is expected to be paid.
