Niagara Falls Ontario family leaving in a 4 bedroom house. Our daughters are going to university in Toronto City so we have 3 spare rooms available for guests. Guests are free to share the kitchen and living areas with us. We speak English and French. We are a welcoming and sociable family. You are sure to feel at home with us! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 265.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Guest Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: - We can't have pets (health) - No partying or loud noise - Deposit cannot be refunded except cancelation is received 7 days before start date of stay - Interruption of stay is non-refundable.
