Hi, We are a family of five- me, my husband Donny, and three kids. We moved to this fairly new home and we welcome international students to stay with us. We know how difficult it is to be in a foreign country hence we would be very glad to help make your stay as comfortable and worthwhile. Every bedroom will be provided with its own bed, study table, chair, lamp, has own closet and shared washroom with free Wi-Fi access. Laundry is at the ground level not that far from the guests' rooms. We have an open concept plan and has a big living, dining area and backyard. The house is close to several amenities like food shops and banks. Schools, park, recreation centre , church and the main shopping centre are nearby and can be walk. Be prudent with using electricity and hot water same as you will be doing at your own home. 2. Clean after yourself. Tidy up own room, washroom cleaning will be shared with schedule to maintain orderly and cleanliness. Host will clean in between and do regular checks to keep up with everything. Kindly wash your own dishes after eating. 3. Regular communication is vital for us. This is particularly important for planning meals ahead if you avail for it. And if you need any info on anything, don’t hesitate to ask. For security purposes, we will be asking for passport copy and damage deposit equivalent to half months rent and will be return before leaving the home if nothing is damage. It is standard here wherever you go. 4. Inviting your friends for sleepover or visiting at home is not allowed for security, health and safety reasons especially this pandemic. 5. Laundry is once a week and host will not provide detergent. Toiletries are at your own cost. 6. No partying and smoking please. Family might have small gatherings or throw a party to celebrate important milestone and occasions so you are more than welcome to join. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. 7.
