Looking for a female roommate (non-smoker) for our fully furnished 1 bedroom with a private bathroom. We are a fun and welcoming young married couple who loves hosting international students and/or professionals looking for a place to stay. Our townhome is centrally located for your basic needs. We are close to walking trails, the convenience store, and the following schools: RE mountain secondary school (15 min walk), Peter Ewart Middle School (15 min walk), and Trinity Western University (10 min drive). Walmart, London Drugs, Starbucks, and Costco, and more are approximately 15 min walk away. The nearest bus stop is just a 5 min walk away and stops at Carvolth exchange. We offer light breakfast and packed lunch (for an additional cost). WIFI/Internet, utilities, & Laundry included. Street parking available. You are welcome to use our kitchen, mini-gym, and our bike (fits 5ft 3' height). We are also willing to drop you off the mall or to the nearest bus stop exchange upon availability. Available now with a minimum lease of 3 months.
