Brand new house

Mixed culture family- husband from Sri Lanka, wife from Canada. We have children who love our guests- it is a happy, busy home. New house- two rooms available for guests. The kitchen is shared with the household and has a dining area as well as sitting area with fireplace. Friendly and busy home- preference for working or college student. Quiet neighbourhood close to bus stop and 10 minute bus ride to Scott road skytrain station. 1/3 hr skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Private balcony, bathroom, bedroom) with Shared bathroom Large room with queen size bed (plus bunk), lamp, huge ceilings, chandelier, balcony, private bathroom. Clean and bright with a beautiful view! Wall mount for TV. Can supply desk. Capacity: 2 Rates: 310.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: This is a family home but the room provides plenty of privacy! Clean up after yourself (do dishes after each use of kitchen) Shoes off in the house. If staying long term expectation to help with keeping floors and bathrooms clean. General: -We sleep early and rise early so please keep quiet after 8pm. -You are welcome to use the backyard to relax, we have renters in Unit B so please don’t use their chairs to sit (their entrance door/patio is at the back of the house) -Close shower door, if the walls get wet, mold will grow. Please keep water off floors and walls and only inside the shower. -10 minute showers please- hang towels on wall behind door -Use fan always. Meals/Kitchen: -No cooking between 6-7:30am please as that is busy time for us getting kids ready for school. -No cooking after 7pm -Always use the hood fan. -Please always clean up after yourselves, place dishes in dish washer. -There is storage on the left bottom of the kitchen island for your food. -No food in rooms please. -Please always sit at the table and eat. Cleaning/Laundry: ?Please keep your room and the bathroom clean, strip bedsheets when you check out.ready. Check in/out: -3pm check in. -11 am check out. We will provide codes to door before you arrive. Please always enter the house from the garage at the backyard.
