Property Description
Hi there! Welcome to Canada and to our home!
We are a family of five - mom, dad, two daughters, and grandma. Our primary language spoken at home is English but dad is also fluent in Spanish. We have years of experience hosting international students as well as au pairs from many different countries.
Our home is located in Coquitlam, BC, in the greater Vancouver area. We are in a suburban neighbourhood close to parks, schools, a lake, and many recreational facilities! You will be within walking distance to the bus stop, library, track field, and a sports complex with swimming, skating and a gym. The grocery store is nearby too.
In our home, you will have your own private bedroom on the main floor (furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf, and TV). The room has its own entrance, a small patio, and private ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room will be shared with us. There is also a fenced backyard where you are welcome to lounge if you want to relax in the sun or BBQ in the summer!
A fun fact about our family is that we are animal lovers! We have 2 adorable fur babies - our dogs. They are both very friendly and sweet-natured.
Since we do have kids and doggies, we can’t promise a totally quiet household. Sometimes the kids are noisy when they play and sometimes the dogs bark. But we CAN promise a welcoming, friendly family during your time with us! We are laid back, easygoing, and happy to help with anything you need during your stay.
(Please note: 50% deposit is due when booking agreement is made.)

MEALS:
We will provide breakfast for you every morning. You may help yourself to breakfast items in the kitchen such as toast, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. Please tell us what food you prefer for breakfast so we can buy these items for you. Also please let us know if you have any food allergies.
