The community’ centre and new library is located just down the hill you can see it from the living room. Laundry available. Quiet and clean. Small dog at home- very friendly. Close to bus ( Hastings to downtown or Simon Fraser) beautiful view and natural woods and trails nearby. Affordable eats close by including local restaurants, Safeway and McDonald’s 2 blocks. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Can drive occasionally airport or location if willing to pay for gas. I have hosted students from all over the world.
