There are 3 of us in our home. 2 adults and a daughter. A lovely bright room to rent. Walking distant to the station. Walk to shops. Green leafy suburb. Large backyard.English only language we speak. We are Australian born. We have 2 living areas. Air conditioning in family room. There are 2 bathrooms. Ensuite to our main bedroom and a main bathroom with separate toilet to share. We live in a beautiful suburb of Sydney. We both work full time and girl goes to school in year 11 and is 17 years old. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: We are happy for the person to cook there own food providing they clean up after themselves. They do there own washing and once a month clean the bathroom.
