Myself (Nicole) and my two children, aged 11 (girl) and 14 (boy), would like to welcome an overseas student into our large and bright family home. Our home has high ceilings, a huge amount of natural light and sun, expansive suburb views and ocean and city glimpses, a big pool, two separate loungerooms on different floors and two separate outdoor entertainment areas on different floors. We would be delighted to pick you up from the airport (Brisbane or Maroochydore), show you around and take you to see some of the sights of the Sunshine Coast. Room: One Fully-Furnished Large Double Room with Study Table, two Double Built-In Wardrobes… and a Private Entrance. Amenities: Your own Bathroom near to your downstairs room, your own Kitchenette and Fridge near to your room and next to the home’s secondary Loungeroom, use of the large, heated Pool on the same level, Pool Deck and big Gardens (with makeshift volleyball court ??), and Parking. Location: Local Bus Stop (500m away), University (8.5kms away), Beach (4kms away), Parks (500m away), Buderim Waterfalls (3.6kms), CBD (2.1kms away), Massive Shopping Centre (2.3kms away), Private and Public Hospitals (1.3kms and 8.5kms away, respectively). House Rules: No smoking, No drugs, No visitors overnight. Rates: $340.00 a week (bills – and wi-fi – included) Minimum stay: 28 days; no maximum.
