Carpeted, air conditioned living area, and ceiling fans. Excellent proximity to shops and public transport. Langlands station is a 5 minute walk which a bus hub. I’m 39 and work FT in hospitality in Brisbane CBD. I rise and sleep early, so my home space is a quiet sanctuary when I'm not working. I don’t have much criteria, other than that you are respectful and kind hearted, and contribute equally to household tasks. I have two adorable cats living with me until mid November, then they will be relocated. You must be able to coexist happily in this space with them. They are indoors only. Because my schedules require early alarms, a night owl probably won’t mesh well. The apartment is small to medium sized, so I kindly ask that visitors are kept at a minimum! Utilities of gas & elec are paid separately which will go into a shared account ??
