Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1760.00 Monthly House Rules: - Check-in & check-out times are negotiable to suit all parties. - Two weeks' advance payment prior or on arrival. - Show (inter)national ID on arrival. - Quiet times 9 pm to 6 am. - In the common areas, clean up after yourself as you go. - If you do not participate in weekly house chores, an additional $50/week fee applies. - Shoes worn outdoors are not worn indoors. - Recyclables go in the recycling bin clean per instructions. - The guest is solely responsible for keeping the guest room clean and tidy at all times during the stay. - At the end of the stay, the guest is solely responsible for returning the guest room and its usual contents to the same condition in which they were provided or better. - Natural lighting and ventilation of the home are greatly benefited by complementary use of all windows, curtains, doors etc to aid air and light flow appropriately for the season, home occupancy, and goal.
