looking for someone to share this small and cozy two bedroom house in royal park. 5 min from shopping in west lakes (by car) 13 min from henley beach (by car) 5 minutes walking to the bus stop. I am a calm guy, respectful, friendly, I like to keep the house clean and organised and I also like sometimes a bbq with friends, you will be more than welcome to participate. I work as a chef and I usually have shifts until late, it would be preferable for someone who don’t wake up so early 145 plus bills
