Looking for another female to share our fully furnished, modern, air conditioned two story Robina townhouse. Ideally looking to accommodate a Bond University student based on its extremely close proximity to the Health and Sciences campus (and only a short drive/bus ride to Bond Uni main campus too!), however also open to other female students too ?? You will be sharing with two other females in their mid-twenties who are clean, tidy and have created a beautiful, peaceful, living space which they respect and maintain. A little bit about the area; • 5 minute walk to Bond Institute of Health and Sport (practically next door). • 10 minute walk to Robina Station which links to trains, buses and easy connections to tram lines to get around the Gold Coast if you do not have a car. • 10 minute walk to EMF and Goodlife Gyms (or Club Lime even closer at only a 5 min walk). • 10 minute walk to nearby restaurants, cozy cafes, convenience stores and Doctors (Thai, Pizza and Japanese food!). • 10 minutes’ drive to Aldi, Starbucks, and Guzman Gomez. • 10 minute drive to Bond University main campus. • 20 minute stroll to Robina Library. • 6 minute drive to Robina Town Centre or 20 minute walk. • Gorgeous lakeside walking tracks right on your doorstep. Your new private room; • Your own private room with ample space for a queen bed, study desk/chair etc. • Mirrored sliding double wardrobe with built in overhead storage and shelving. • Lots of natural light through a beautiful large window (with roller blinds for privacy). • Ceiling fan. • Room is currently unfurnished, happy to discuss providing furnishings if needed. • Sharing a bathroom with one other clean and tidy female, toilet is separate to the bathroom with its own sink which is very convenient. The bathroom itself has a bath and shower combo, along with storage. About our apartment; • High speed unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix included. • Air conditioned, furnished, living room with bonus ceiling fan. • Big kitchen with island benchtop and dishwasher, fridge, and all kitchen utensils provided. • Gorgeous patio with outdoor seating for that morning coffee or tea in the sun. • Full laundry with washing machine, sink and dryer. • Downstairs powder room with extra toilet. • Unfortunately, no more pets as we already have one fur baby (small inside dog) so must love dogs! • If you have a car there is plenty of free street parking available right outside the complex. We are looking for someone to share in our tranquil, tidy space. Strictly no parties, no pets, no couples, and no smokers. Very honestly this is not a party house, and the biggest requirement is someone who is clean, and respectful of their fellow housemates and their privacy.
