Relaxing, easy, park at doorstep.

I live alone in a 3 bedroom house with a huge leafy park out the back, which is used by hundreds of walkers, skaters, cricketers, footballers, family barbques, childrens playground and 20 horses. I don't have any pets. The train station is a pleasant 5 minute walk. Carine is a very central suburb, with several shopping centres all within 5-10 minutes away. It is only 5 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches on the Western Autralian coast. Edith Cowan university is 8 minute train ride away. The bedroom available has a queen size bed, bedside tables, study desk and chair and large wardrobe with air conditioning. Own bathroom with shower. Own separate toilet. Own loungeroom and balcony overlooking the park. Occasionally I have my grandchildren stay in the other spare room. Room(s): 1. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking. No noise after midnight. Double lock front door after leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after. Please do not ask strangers into the home: if you would like a friend over, please run it past me first.
