Bedroom in modern home: bed, desk and wardrobe. Professional couple + 13yo boy and 10yo girl. Easy walking distance of 722 bus route to Flinders Uni (30mins), or City: UniSA, Adelaide Uni (50mins). Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: We're a busy family, but happy to accommodate someone else into our home. As a family we have traveled overseas to Europe (Germany, France, Spain), USA and Fiji - and when Sharon was a flight attendant she had lots of time in the Middle East (based in Dubai), Asia and India. We want our guest to feel relaxed with us, but able to make their own breakfast and lunch, we'll share family meals in the evening. We do not regularly drink alcohol. Wifi available for reasonable usage (if you're a large user you'll need to pay extra). No smoking or excessive drinking. If you wish to have guests at the house you will need to arrange that with us in advance. Last year we had an 18yo German girl stay with us for 3 months whilst she was doing some English studies and experiencing Australia. We are a Christian family, but open people of other or no faith.
