I have 1 fully furnished bedroom small bedroom available (including tv in bedroom) in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom property. The cost of the room is $160 per week. The cost of the room includes all bills like electricity, gas, water and wifi. I also supply antibacterial liquid hand soap & dish washing liquid. The house is fully furnished including a new kitchen. The house is within walking distance to bus stops which will take you to Monash Uni in Clayton within 10mins and Oakleigh train station (zone 1) within 5 mins. Check google maps for location. Currently there a three people living in the house. All three are females. If you are not prepared to do your share of cleaning then don't bother applying.
