I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in the suburb of Mount Gravatt East, South Brisbane. My home is only 10kms from Brisbane city centre and a 4 minute drive to Griffith University, Mount Gravatt Campus. There are local buses that are express to city which only takes about 20 minutes. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping centres. I live on a quiet street.
