Historic Sydney Rocks Terrace Room

Our names are Mary and Graham. We have lovingly restored one of the oldest houses in this part of Sydney which still retains many of its original features. We live downstairs and are happy to assist guests with local information or other advice. We love to share our house with guests but at the same time you get your own completely private space to enjoy at the top of the house. In addition to ourselves we have 3 friendly fluffy dogs which live downstairs, and keep us and our young adult children who drop in from time to time, endlessly entertained Room(s): 1. Double Room (Attic Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 650.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Guests have their own private room and a key to the front door to allow them to come and go as required. We have a separate room on each level that may be used by guests and we welcome their interaction with each other while respecting each other's privacy. Late at night and early in the morning we ask that guests avoid making loud noise or doing other things that create a disturbance.
