This two-story townhouse has a cute and sunny patio, two private balconies off the main bedrooms, separate bathrooms, a shared study/office, and a garage. You are only a couple of mins walking distance from cafes, restaurants, the library, and all the great shops Pacific Fair has to offer, bus stops, and a tram station. Walk along the canals or take your car, skateboard or bike for a ride and you're at the beach within minutes! Short drive to the M1 or train stations. This place is perfect for other professionals and students. INCLUDED in rent: - spacious bedroom with your own balcony - ceiling fans in all rooms - own toilet and bathroom with bathtub/shower - a shared study/office, which includes a daybed and desk, as well as a built-in wardrobe that you can use - bedroom is unfurnished. - plenty of storage space around the house or the garage - everything is newly renovated and newly carpeted, with all new high-quality appliances (incl. stove, oven, dishwasher, and own fidge, microwave, and washing machine. During my time off, I like to make the most of living close to the beach and hinterlands, and enjoy yoga, exercise and meditation, spending time with my boyfriend and friends, going to live music events, and also staying in to cook, have a glas of wine and watch some trash TV with my girls =D I'm originally from Germany and have lived at the Goldie for nearly 11 years now!! I've only just moved into this unit about a month ago after living in a rental with an amazing roomie who needed my space for their newborn. So, I'm excited to make a new connection with my new roomie and to make the living space in the unit our own! =) The unit was newly renovated just before I moved in, is surrounded by lovely neighbours, and is in a very safe and quiet location. I'm very respectful of other's space and time for themselves, and value communication about anything and everything related to the house and making it the best possible living experience for us both.
