Lovely newly renovated unit

Hi I am a single retired professional male who lives in a newly renovated unit in Malvern. The student's bedroom overlooks a park with direct access to the park. The room is furnished with a desk chair and bookshelf there is a standard almost new bed and wardrobe. There is a short walk to a tram stop and also to Cabrini hospital, and there are plenty of cafes and also walking distance to Malvern Central. I am active member of Malvern Probus and have a large range of intellectual interests. I have been an Assoc Professor and ran my own recruitment business. I have previously had students staying with me over the 4 years. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Second bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Happy to share all my facilities but would prefer to have exclusive use of my lounge room and TV the second bedroom is well set up for a TV. I would like the young man to clean and tidy up after himself. Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
