Large room available for rent in fully furnished St Kilda Art Deco apartment, close to trams, Acland St cafes, bars and shops, and the beach. Central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom, high ceilings, washing machine, and a shared courtyard with BBQ. The room has built-in robes and a double bed, desk and chair. Rent is $250 per week, including wireless internet. Bills are shared. Short-term stays are also welcome. Sharing with - a young professional couple in our early 30s, friendly, clean and tidy, respectful but easy-going. Students, including international students are very welcome.
