Our house is massive. We have two lounge spaces (including a beer/zen garden!), a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry and large front and back yards. We're easygoing and friendly and are mostly backpackers (coming from England, Germany, France, Ireland, Chile and Canada.) The tram and bus stops are across the road and the train is five minutes away. It's ten minutes to the cafes, bars and pubs of both St Kilda and Chapel Street, and five to the shops and cafes in Balaclava. The library is across the road too and has free internet. The rooms are fully-furnished double-share ($100 pppw) or triple-share ($90 pppw) and include utilities and bills. There's no bond as such but we ask for your last week's rent upfront.
