I am a single female full time worker in the educational industry and lives alone in Leeming suburb. I am a Singaporean Chinese and speaak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. I was an overseas student living with homestay when I first arrived Perth, so I understand the value of homestay. I hosted a number of students, both below and above 18 years old, in recent years. My place is close to Murdoch Uni and train station. By driving, it is 3 minutes to the freeway towards Perth City. You have your own private entrance to the house and private use of the bathroom and toilet. Two rooms are available; one with a single bed and another with a queen size bed. There are both front and back gardens. Parking is available. 2 or 3 meals can be provided. I enjoy cooking, gardening and craftswork. Room(s): 1. Single Room (single bed size bedroom) with Shared bathroom Built in wardrobe, desk and chair, bookcase. Spacious with a view of the garden. Private side entrance. Bedroom door has lock. Capacity: 1 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / 1680.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (queen sized bedroom) with Shared bathroom Queen-sized bed with built in wardrobe. Has a bookcase and bed-lamp. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking, alcoholic drinking, partying, loud music and guests/friends. One laundry wash per week, $5 per wash in addition. Provide own toiletries including tissue papers, handwash and clothes washing detergent. Light cooking only and charges applies if use of cooking oil, sauces, etc. No sticking or blu-tac on walls. To pay for changed and full set of keys if lost. Limit shower to 5 minutes and don't let water run when brushing teeth or waiting for hot water. Always wash up dishes immediately and not leave in sink. Use the toilet brush if necessary and clean up after your spill.
