Former teacher having worked in various schools in four countries. Enjoy Kensington's close proximity to downtown Melbourne. Post grad students and others have previously stayed in my house. It is set up well for guests. The house is two story: upstairs is the livingroom, kitchen and bedroom and separate large toilet and wash basin, and balcony with views toward city skyline and downstairs are two single rooms and one bathroom. It is very quiet and of even temperature because the exterior walls are double brick and the windows are double glazed. Room(s): 1.
