Sweet & cosy home away from home

Fully furnished room in the quiet and peaceful suburb of Merrimac on the Gold Coast. We are friendly and love meeting new people :) Our home is located in a quiet and private street, next to a beautiful park with views of the mountains. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from home, and only a 13 minute journey to Bond University, 12 minutes to Broadbeach, and 20 minutes to Griffith University and Gold Coast University Hospital. Our home is also located a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We have a lovely backyard with our own vegetable garden, which is lit by pretty fairy lights at night. During our free time we love going for bicycle rides, taking bush walks, and going to the beach, and our homestay is always invited to join us! We also love to share meals and conversations, and are very happy to help our homestay with any concerns or needs during their stay. A selection of light breakfast foods and hot drinks are always available, including milk, organic oats, weetbix, organic wholemeal bread and spreads. We are a quiet family, so our home would be ideal for a student, but we welcome people from all walks of life! :) Room(s): 1.
