The home is located in Southport CBD and is only 4 minutes walk to Southport South Tram Station and buses, and 5 minutes walk to Australia Fair Shopping Centre. The Broadwater Land is approximately 10 minutes walk. All language schools at Southport are within a 10 minute walking distance. To go to Surfers Paradise it is 10 minutes by tram. The Griffith university and Hospital is 15 minutes by tram from Southport South Tram Station. Room(s): 1.
