Friendly active family in Sydney

We live on a quiet road in a leafy suburb on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are very close to transport. It takes about 30 minutes to the CBD on the Express bus which is 5 minutes walk from the house and about 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches like Manly or many others. We are adjacent to Garigal National Park which has lots of walking tracks where you can even spot kangaroos if you are lucky. Our house is big and comfortable and has a swimming pool for those hot summer days that Sydney has a lot of. We are a couple with two adult kids who still call our house home. Part of the family is also our beautiful border collie/kelpie dog Jester who is very friendly and well behaved. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There are shops and cafes in walking distance nearby.. We enjoy meeting new people, are very easy going and welcoming to our guests. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Upstairs bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is upstairs and has a single bed for 1 person. It's nice and bright! Upstairs also has a big rumpus area for sitting & relaxing. Capacity: 1 Rates: 460.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and lock the front door and back door when leaving. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with us first.
