Lovely big brick double storey house. Clean, tidy and yes we love to cook. You are welcome to use the pool. We do have 3 chooks at the backyards and yes they are super adorable. 5 min walk to bus stop on Old Nothern Road. Bus 350,351,359 357,598, From Cayley Street Everton park to city. 20min approx bus ride to city. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside the house. You can smoke outside backyard near the mango trees. Usage of washing machine and dryers only allowed during day time. No machine use after 4pm. As solar energy are in use. Curfew time means no loud noise after 9pm. Swimming pool use only day time until 7pm. Walk quietly (NOT STOMPING YOUR FEET) as we have polished wooden floor upstairs. Be considerate to guest on ground floor as the noise travels when you stomping your feet when you walk on the wooden floor upstairs. Be respectful of other guest at home.
