We are renting out our recently renovated studio that is at the ground floor of our 2 level home. Suitable for a female student only(18+), that values a clean, private and peaceful environment. The studio is fully furnished and self contained with a private entrance. All bills included for normal everyday use. Also included is a large fully maintained swimming pool, BBQ and a proffessional monthly clean. The house is located 400m to a bus stop and there are 3 major supermarkets within 2km.
