I have three fully furnished bedrooms available in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property within 5 minutes walk to Monash University Clayton campus. First bedroom: Rent is $150 per week and it comes with a share bathroom or $160 with a private bathroom. This room is a medium room and is not suitable for couples. Second bedroom: Rent is $160 per week and it comes with a private bathroom. This room is a medium room and is not suitable for couples. Third bedroom.This room comes with a share bathroonm and is a large room and is suitable for couples. Rent is $160 per week for one person or $180 per week for two people. The rent includes all bills like electricity, gas, water and unlimited wifi internet. Each room is fully furnished including bed, bedside drawer, study desk, desk lamp, study chair, bookshelf and built in robe. The property is also fully furnished including washing machine, fridge, furniture, a fully equipped kitchen. A weekly cleaning roster is in place for all tenants living in the property and if you are not prepared to follow the cleaning roster and do your share of the cleaning do not bother to contact me.
