We are offering a lovely, spacious, self-contained 42sqm studio with a comfy double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower & toilette, large balcony and pool access. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Studio) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 430.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly House Rules: We want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. If you have any issues, concerns or need our help, please let us know immediately! We thank you for adhering to the following rules: - No smoking in the studio or on the deck in front of it, you are welcome to smoke down by the pool. - No parties. - If you expect visitors, please let us know if advance. Any additional overnight guest will need to be added to the booking. - Please be water, energy & waste wise to protect our precious environment, that includes turning the lights and appliances off when you leave the studio and being conscious about your shower time. - Before you leave, please wash up any used cooking utensils, dishes & cuttlery; take out the trash; and ensure that the studio is left neat and tidy. - We understand that accidents happen, but if you accidently break something, please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the situation. - You are welcome to bring a dog (up to 25kg) or a cat, however please note that your pet is not allowed on the bed or furniture. If you animal has been let on the bed, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of AUD$150.- as we will need to have the mattress professionally cleaning & sanitised. Also please ensure that you pick up after your dog in case they toilette in the gardens. Additional Info: I, my partner, our dog Leon and our housemate Zac live at the property.
