Our homestay is located in Canterbury Rd Camberwell (Zone 1, one of the best subs in Melbourne). Only 1 minute walk to tram stop and. 5 minutes walk to Camberwell train station. The train takes only take 15 minutes to the city and many universities and schools. Only a few minutes walk to the Camberwell shopping centre which is full of cool shops, coffee shops and restaurants and supermarkets and parks near by. Cristine's HOMESTAY - Melbourne, Australia Hi! We are a well educated professional family (An accredited Specialist Lawyer and a Qualified Pharmacist). Between us, we have a fun 16 year old boy, a beautiful 14 years old girl and a great 8 year old boy. We are, non smoking. Our interests include travelling, cooking, movies, motorcycles, playing musical instruments and out doors activities. Experience? We have had great times hosting international students for the last 18 years. We always speak English at home and provide extra assistance to our homestay students. We really enjoy helping international students practice and improve their English skills. We also love to host families with young kids too! The accommodation? The accommodation is in a very large and beautiful period home with spacious bedrooms, a pool and under cover outdoor BBQ dining and entertaining areas. Our family creates an excellent fun atmosphere with enough privacy for you to study in your own time and space. We provide fresh, international meals every day (other than Fri & Sat nights) and we often bake cakes for afternoon tea or desserts too! We provide WIFI, washing machine, fully furnished room. Double Room (Victoria Room) with Shared bathroom Victorian styled room with beautiful chandelier heavily decorated ceiling, with matching wooden bed side table, closet and slide drawers and framed picture, which can be seen on the pictures section. Also, Gorgeous fireplace. You’ll love the grandeur. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1340.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Rose Room) with Shared bathroom Beautiful high ceiling room. With large rose decorated wardrobe that match the wall of the fireplace and rose chandelier. This room will be updated soon the bed will be queen side, long lamp and new table and chair. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Front Room) with Shared bathroom One of the interesting features is this room has its on living room ,mini bar with fire place as decorations and wall paper on, high ceiling and beautiful chandelier. Please see more pictures on the general pictures. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: 1.Smoking is not allowed indoors. Only outdoors dinning area or pool area. 2.Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 3.If you use the kitchen please clean up after yourself. Bathroom as well. 4.No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, let us know or asks first. 5.Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 6. Please try to be quieter after 10 pm for it’s bedtime for other students. 7. Also we asks you to pay on the day of arrival. Thank you Students only: Curfew imposed on students.
