Happy family with teenage daughters, single parent ( mother) with room to rent or self contained flat. Will suit a JCU student, as we are on the bus route. Teenage daughter commenced Uni this week, first year . Aged 18. Also suitable for Inertnational students studying at other colleges. Highset house, very comfortable, and ideally suited to teenage girls. Family dog & cat.
