If staying longer than one week bed sheets, linen and towels need to be changed. So guests need to remake their beds with the fresh linen provided. Food spills must be cleaned up immediately. A dishwasher is used for most dishes. Kitchen should be kept clean. Showers should be short. Eating should mainly happen in the kitchen, only in bedrooms if really necessary (eg. sick.) Heaters operate in waking hours. Any damage must be paid for. Smoking OK if outside the house away from windows and doors. Just be considerate and sensible... basically!
