Beaconsfield - room in exchange for childcare

We are looking for someone to live in our granny flat in exchange for ~15 hours per week child care. We are a happy, sporty family with 2 lovely children (11-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl). We have sporting commitments through the week and on Sundays and otherwise enjoy relaxing at home with our labradoodle. We are looking for someone friendly and proactive to help us with before and after school care, and perhaps the occasional night of babysitting. Our children would like your help to prepare their lunches and get ready for school. They want someone to walk or ride (bikes available) with them to school and home, then help them with after school responsibilities. They would like someone who is kind, responsible, helpful, active and loving. We are conveniently located near to South Street, just a half hour bus journey to Murdoch University and very near to Fremantle. We would like someone to stay at least to the end of the school year.
