I've been living here for more than 2 years and I Love it--- Perfect for a Traveling Nurse or similar situation! - Available: MAY 1st - Living Room, Backyard Patio, Kitchen, and shared Bathroom - Nice, Beautiful SWIMMING POOL located next to the building - Small GYM so don't have to drive far to another gym - BarbeQue area with Outdoor Tables, if you want to throw a small BBQ party with friends - COST = $1300 / month - Deposit = $650 - Parking: YES / check - Dishwasher, in the Kitchen - NICE neighborhood, very safe. - Laundry in the Building - Heater, in the Apartment - Medium sized Room, 130 sq ft + a Closet, About Me: Great roommate. Easy-Going... pretty 'Chill... I get along with pretty much anyone, any age. I'm a Maintenance Technician in the Bay Area. Very Outdoor-sy type of guy. Usually go Mountain Biking on the weekends, or take road trips to Lakes. I go out sometimes on weekends (nightlife). I believe in Communication. Having an Environment where we can resolve anything with Communication (good, Fair, & Honest Communication) ... You should feel at good where you live, and Open communication is the key.. Room(s): 1.
