Gorgeous house near Unirii Square

Our house is located in Bucharest’s city center, but still away from the agitation of the old town, in a really charming residential district where you will find everything that you need: parks, bars, restaurants, and shops. The house is located 15' walk from Unirii Square, 10' walk from the parliament, and 20' walk from the old town, in a quiet and safe area with a lot of parks and green areas, restaurants, and coffee shops. Each resident has a private room and the common spaces are shared with the other residents: living room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bathrooms, balconies, outside terrace. As a resident in our space, you'll also get full access to a co-working space. And also to a work-friendly coffee shop, with craft and local products. Our co-living space is designed to host all kinds of creative people, and by staying with us, you'll get to meet digital nomads, remote workers, slow travelers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and artists from all over the world. We are community-oriented, and as a resident, you will be able to join a lot of cool events: community dinners, board game nights, movie projections, nights out, cultural events, sports, and group activities of all kinds. Being in a capital, we try to find the balance between enjoying the space and exploring the city and its hidden gems. We are also hosting the same roof a cafe and event space, perfect place for casual working and socializing inside or by our lovely summer terrace. We are passionate about good products, and you’ll find at the cafe mostly local and craft drinks and bites. We are serving specialty coffee from one of Bucharest’s best coffee roasters (indeed, Bucharest has a huge coffee scene!). We are also hosting a small artisans shop with objects made by local makers: leather wallets, T-shirts, jewelry, etc. Our passionate and enthusiastic team will instantly make you feel at home! What is the average length of stay? Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently? What are the laundry options? In our current setup, we unfortunately can't host any pets inside the house. With most of our residents having a work schedule to commit to, we offer plenty of work-friendly areas around the space, including a 10-seat coworking space. Our Co-Living space has been designed to host all kinds of creative people, and by staying with us, you'll get to meet digital nomads, remote workers, slow travelers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and artists from all over the world. We are a community space. Even though we value privacy and personal time, come to our Coliving if you are looking for a social experience and meaningful interactions with other residents. We have a total of 12 rooms (only private rooms), and some of them can also accommodate couples. At full capacity, we can host up to 16 people, but most of the time we have between 9 and 12 guests. Our average stay is between 1 and 2 months. We do have cleaning services several times a week in the Coliving. The private bedrooms are cleaned, and the bedsheets are changed twice a month. We have free laundry on site. You just need to buy your own detergent.
