Only 30 mins by car from Wellington CBD and 45 mins from Wellington airport. Silverstream is in close proximity to both Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt. Both cities have unique attractions to offer visitors. Silverstream village is the local hub, which provides several eating establishments, new supermarket, pharmacy and the local cafe / bar, which will provide a memorable night of laughter and song. Tiwai Waka Retreat offers a motorcycle and child friendly accommodation, with high chair and cot if required. Private and quiet setting complete with BBQ area set in a native bush setting. For the motorcycle guest/s you will have a secured lock up for your bike as your hosts is a bike enthusiast as well. PLEASE NOTE: as a guest you will have complete access and use of the lower level, which is an apartment style accommodation, with another bedroom available if you are travelling as a small group.
