This is a quiet and sunny double room available in a 3 bedroom house in Beckenham. House is double glazed. Off-street parking. French and stacker doors open out onto a big deck which has an outdoor lounge suite to sit in the sun and enjoy the garden. 10 min walk to 2 supermarkets. Craft beer bar, cafes and restaurants a 5 min stroll. Easy 15 min bike ride (or 35 min walk) into the CBD along a cycle lane, or 10 min walk to the bus stop into town. Close to the Port Hills which are full of beautiful walking and mountain bike tracks that provide great views of Christchurch city and Lyttelton Harbour.
