Is there parking on the property? Are pets allowed? Can I cook on the property? Will I have privacy? Are pets allowed? Yes, you are free to use the hot desks of the co-working spaces. Private offices are leased to startups and companies. Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking space. Residents are advised to park in the public parking space by the State Government of Penang and is required to pay for hourly parking except on Public Holidays & Sundays. Pets are not allowed in the premises. No open-fire cooking is allowed in the premise. Induction cooker, toaster & microwave is permitted. All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
