Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. There is not a designated space for work in the building, but there is a designated space for work inside every apartment with fast Wifi and great furniture especially for it.
