Single Room (Room1 / on Ground floor) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 21500 Weekly / 85000 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2 / on 2nd floor) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 21000 Weekly / 73000 Monthly House Rules: - The living room, kitchen, and a toilet are located on the 1st floor. These are shared spaces. The toilet on the ground floor is for guests only. - The shower room is on the ground floor. This is also a shared space. If there is a specific time you would like to use it, please let us know in advance. - Smoking inside the house is not permitted. - The refrigerator is also shared. The top shelf of the refrigerator is reserved for guests, so please keep your food there. If you place it in a different section, there is a chance that others might mistake it for a family member's food and consume it. - Please turn off the electricity when not in use. - When leaving the house, please lock the door. - When not using the toilet, please close the door. - When you want to bring a friend to your room, it is mandatory to contact the host in advance and invite them only with the host's consent.
