a REAL homestay experience! :)

Are you searching for a place to enjoy the city from a local perspective? Welcome at Savino's, a REAL homestay experience! :) In my own and completely renovated apartment I have 2 nice rooms for those people who want to try a different kind of homestay: I love interacting with my guests, give them a lot of tips about this beautiful city and especially make them feel at home, staying at my place is not just like renting an anonymous room and nothing more. :) You'll find blankets, sheets and pillows, all the necessary for a good rest. You can use the kitchen if you want, just ask me how it works. Free wi-fi and hot water 24 hours. There's no air conditioned in the room but there's a fan during summer. I'll give you the keys of the apartment so you can freely get in-out without any problem. No curfew and no cleaning fees. My flat is at the 2nd of a 6 floors building, with elevator. Check-in after 16.40 when I come back from work (monday to friday, weekend flexible), check-out always flexible, I don't like to kick people out like hotels ;) Considering you'll share the apartment with me I'd really appreciate if you send me some informations about you, with whom you are travelling, your travelling purpose, etc. Thanks :) I accept reservations from people older than 28 (or parents with sons of course). No chinese and no koreans please, sorry but I had too many problems with people from these countries, I prefer to host people 100% cleaned and respectful. Double Room (Nice and bright room with sofa bed) with Shared bathroom Nice, spacious and bright room with sofa bed, bathroom in the entrance (I have my own en-suite bathroom in my room, you'll share it in the case I have other guests in the other room otherwise it's private for you). Capacity: 2 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Triple Room (Huge room double bed + single one) with Shared bathroom Big and bright room with double bed and single one in the case you are 3 guests. Bathroom is private (I have my own en-suite bathroom) unless I have guests in the room with sofa bed (maximum 2 people). Capacity: 3 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking in the apartment. Please respect the neighbours, don't make noise in the common stairs. If you use the elevator remember to close the 2 internal doors when you get out. IMPORTANT: monday to friday check-in after 16.40 (due to my work, there's the luggage deposit at the train station if you need it), weekend flexible.
