Super central in Dublin City Centre

***Please read our house rules first and tell us a little bit about yourself if you decide to contact us*** Come to live as a real Dubliner in the most central area of Dublin. What we offer you is a comfortable double bedroom in a georgian building just located in front of the Parliament. You cannot get any more central than that! Restaurants, pubs, shops...everything is literally 5 minutes walk from the building! The area is super safe, you can walk home at any time of the night without any problem. You won't even need a taxi, apart from the one that will bring you to and from the airport. (But we also have the Airlink 757 bus stop from/to the airport just in front of the building! And also the Hop on Hop off bus stop is just in front of us!) I'm Italian and I have been living in Dublin for 11 years, so not only I can give you useful information about the city, but you can also experience a little bit of Italy while you stay in Dublin. I live here with my husband, who is Irish, and he will introduce you to the beauty of the Emerald isle, the rugby, our tasteful craft beers, the wonderful nature, and of course...where the craic is!! ***PLEASE NOTE*** - check in: 14.00 pm, or as differently agreed: communication of expected time of arrival required at least 24 hours in advance - check out time 11.00 am - payment in cash at arrival, unless differently agreed - an ID is requested - please read our house rules before sending your request Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double Bedroom) with Shared bathroom We would prefer minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: We prefer a kind of guest who is here to visit the city or on business. So, basically a tourist or a professional here on a business trip. You are obviously more than welcome to share with us a cup of tea or a coffee and have a chat when you are at home to relax, if you wish. We will provide sheets, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and iron. We are 2 very clean and tidy people and we ask that our guests leave the room and the common area clean as they find it. That means: - cleaning the bathroom sink and the shower/bath (given that is shared) with sponge and detergent after use. Cleaning WC with brush. - as we have carpets throughout, please remove shoes when at home - No use of the kitchen: we only offer a good breakfast (at an agreed time the night before). Also: - PLEASE NOTE THAT A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PASSPORT OR ANY OTHER NATIONAL ID IS MADE UPON ARRIVAL - no party people, drunk or noisy people.
