Riverview Cottage Central Dublin

I live alone now in a 3 bedroomed cottage, overlooking Dublin Port. Dublin city centre is a short bus ride or even a nice walk away. There is a big park behind with lots of sports facilities. Sandymount beach is close by too. I have a spare room downstairs with a double bed, next to the kitchen, with an ensuite and shower. No meals included but use of Kitchen. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Downstairs Bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and Ensuite. No meals provided. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. No guests allowed back to the house. No smoking in the house.
