We live in a quite suburb, 20 minutes from the city centre, we have an excellent LUAS service direct to the city. We have a four bedrooms 2 bathroom house. We have a large kitchen and a extra sitting room for guest. We have a lovely garden were it's nice a quite and relaxing, lovely to listen to the birds singing in the evening. We have one teenage girl..we love to sit around the dining table having dinner and good conversations. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Double Bedroom) with Ensuite bathroom This room is a large double suitable for 1 person. With its own bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep room tidy. Room for guest only. Please close windows in bathroom and bedroom when leaving room. Smoking in garden only.
