Friendly Dublin home

We are a couple living in a lovely 4 bedroomed house in the up and coming area of Clongriffin, Dublin 13 . Just a 5 minute walk to the dart station taking you into town in approx 20 minutes. There is also a great bus service. Two twin rooms (double bed can be installed if required), both with their own private en-suite bathroom are available for single or double occupancy. We have two lively little yorkshire terriers who live indoors and are very good guard dogs (they think they are much bigger than what they actually are). Once they get to know you they will be your best friend!! Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Ground floor en-suite) with Ensuite bathroom Lovely ground floor en suite bedroom. Can be furnished with either double or twin beds. Capacity: 2 Rates: 175.00 Weekly / 690.00 Monthly 2. Twin Room (First floor en-suite) with Ensuite bathroom Large bedroom with private en-suite. Can be furnished with either a double or twin beds. Capacity: 2 Rates: 175.00 Weekly / 720.00 Monthly House Rules: We have two Yorkshire terrier dogs who have full access to the house (except for guests bedrooms). Guests cannot be afraid of dogs they are non-shedding so should not affect anyone with allergies. Plus we are a strictly non smoking household.
